Even if you’re not in a position to adopt, foster or volunteer, there are other ways you can give back to a pet in need!

Our Sponsor A Pet program gives you the ability to help cover some of the expenses involved in rescue such as vetting, transport and supplies.

Ever wondered how much it costs to rescue an animal? Checkout the options below to understand a bit more about the costs involved in our operation.

Foster

  • Fosters are provided with all necessary supplies for their foster animal during their time with them.

    This includes

    • Food, bowls & treats

    • Crate, beds and other textiles

    • Leashes, collar, harness

    • Toys, and,

    • Anything else to support the care and wellbeing of their foster!

  • Our foster dogs and cats complete basic vetting while in our care!

Vetting

  • Ensuring our animal receive basic vetting while in our care is extremely important to us.

  • Spay and neutering is something we try to arrange as soon as a foster comes into our care and is extremely important that our animals have done prior to them being adopted to their forever family!

Intake Costs

  • We work with various rescue partners, both domestically and internationally, and almost always the transportation or travel costs of dogs and cats coming into our care costs money

  • Intake costs varry from the cost to rent a van, cover gas, pay for a foster to join a flight, and/or cover custom related fees.
