Meet Daria! Daria is a sweet, cuddly and playful girl! She loves to play and run, but she also loves her down time, where she usually cuddles or naps near her humans! Daria is extremely affectionate and LOVES smelling flowers! You can hear her tail wagging from excitement every time you are about to pet her. Her favourite toy is her skunk toy. Her favourite treats are chicken and beef liver, but she is food-driven and will eat almost all treats.
When meeting new people, Daria can be timid or anxious, but is very receptive to pets if things go at her pace. It's a bonus if they hand her a treat! She will need her future family to advocate for her space because she may guard her space from new visitors. She needs slower introductions to men. When meeting other dogs, Daria is can be timid or anxious at some dogs but does well with slow introductions. Daria is crate trained, but may have an accident due to excitement - although this hasn’t happened for a while.
The ideal home for Daria would be a family committed to providing her with lots of playtime, walks, and snuggles. She would be happy to share a home with older, calmer, dog savvy kids.
