Join us for a rejuvenating outdoor yoga session in one of Toronto’s most iconic parks!
We’re excited to announce that we’ll be hosting yoga sessions on Saturday, July 26th and Saturday, August 16th at High Park!
You’re welcome to choose the date that works best for you — or join us for both for double the peace and good vibes!
Led by yoga instructor Diana, this one hour session is perfect for all levels — whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned yogi. Surrounded by nature, you’ll have the chance to stretch, breathe, and reconnect with your inner peace.
What to Bring:
- Your own yoga mat
- A water bottle
- Comfortable clothing
- Sunscreen
