Yoga in the Park at High Park 🌿
Join us for a rejuvenating outdoor yoga session in one of Toronto’s most iconic parks!
We’re excited to announce that we’ll be hosting a yoga session on Saturday, August 16th at High Park!
Led by yoga instructor Diana, this two hour session is perfect for all levels — whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned yogi. Surrounded by nature, you’ll have the chance to stretch, breathe, and reconnect with your inner peace.
✨ Bonus: The session will include a soothing sound bath performed live by Jasmeet — the perfect way to ground yourself and melt into stillness.
