Meet Aisling! This sweet, silly girl has a huge personality packed into one bouncy little package. She’s incredibly curious and loves exploring, playing with her animal friends, and investigating absolutely everything around her. When she gets excited, she springs and bounces around like she has little springs attached to her feet! She loves interactive play with her people, especially toys, but she’s also happy to curl up beside you on the couch for a nap. Her favourite treats include cheese, liver treats, and pup cups, so there’s no shortage of ways to win this playful girl over.
Aisling is a smart, kind, and affectionate puppy who loves having furry friends around. She currently lives with a cat and dogs and is wonderful with both. She’s curious and playful with cats while being respectful of their boundaries, and she enjoys calm, friendly interactions with other dogs. She’s also been great with children and is gentle and respectful with them. Aisling is still working on her leash skills but has made lots of progress and isn’t reactive to people, dogs, cars, bikes, or other distractions—she’s mostly just interested in seeing what’s going on. She can pull toward small animals and is still working on her house training, but she already knows “sit” and is eager to learn.
Aisling can be timid when meeting new people and likes to take some time to observe before deciding they pass the vibe check. Once she feels comfortable, her playful and affectionate personality comes right out. If something scares her, she may hide behind her foster or under a table until she feels safe, but she typically recovers quickly. She settles nicely in her crate and is learning that being apart from her people is okay, although she hasn’t yet been left home alone. Aisling would do best with a family who can continue building her confidence while giving her plenty of opportunities for play, adventure, and companionship. She could thrive in a busier neighbourhood and would love a home with furry friends to keep her company.
